The Internationale Sommerakademie am Rhein is a summer academy in Germany, near Strasbourg, which gives to some young singers the opportunity to improve their singing technique, their diction in foreign languages and their way of evolving on stage. During two weeks (from the 3rd to the 17th of August 2025), 14 singers and 6 pianists will received advices from prestigious artists in different languages (german, french and english) and will also become acquainted with the universe of auditions and all which concernes the "business" side of a singer.

   For this tenth edition of the academy, Jean-Noël Briend, international soloist and Professor at the Ecole Normale de Musique Paris chose to surround himself with the teaching position as a song coach at the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin Kanako Nalagawa, the great stage director Arila Siegert, the mezzo-soprano and yoga-teacher Petra Gruber,  and for the pianists the soprano and ex-teacher of musical accompaniment at the High Music School Strasbourg, Judith Gauthier.
Big event: two days of masterclasses on Italian recitatives from the Baroque to the present day, given by Italian conductor Marco Comin
Winfried Hofinger, agency "Agentur Hofinger", will be there for one day workshop, on te 14th of August.
